Jason began his wine education at his family dinner table. As a native of California Jason was exposed to amazing food and wine at an early age. After graduating with honors from Loyola Marymount University Jason began to travel the world learning about cuisine and wine first hand. After spending time at some of the worlds most prestigious wine regions including Bordeaux, Champagne, La Rioja, Tuscany, the Douro, the Mosel Valley in Germany and the southern Rhone Jason realized a passion for discovering small production and unique wines and giving them a voice in the United States. As a 15 year veteran of the wealth management industry Jason began Grape N Vine by merging his love of business with his passion for Wine. Jason furthered his wine education at the James Cluer (MW) Fine Vintage wine school where he earned his level 2 certification. In addition to bringing attention to the wines of Europe Jason continues to seek out small production wines in the United States traveling frequently along the west coast to find hidden gems to share with his customers.
